Participants learn the practice of meditation in stages.

1. Stage: Correct concentration / Anapanna
2. Stage: Realizing the transitional nature of reality / Vipassana
3. Stage: Just being / Zazen

All thoughts off, only the "Here & Now" is one, let come to rest, sit, breathe in breathe out, no more no less.
